Every type of media is different, usually a newspaper advertisement will have too much information for a mobile billboard.
On average a billboard is only viewed for 7 seconds – make the message simple.
A good rule is to use no more than 10 words.
Concentrate on one great benefit – solicit further enquiry.
Use legible fonts which are easy to read.
Black and yellow signs are the most legible followed by red and white.

Make your ad appeal only to your target market – don’t try to appeal to everyone.
CALL TO ACTION – tell them to look at your website, ring or visit.
An image can paint a thousand words.
One photo and a short caption work best.
